Comprehensive Community Based Services Services
At Comprehensive Community Based Services, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

Supported Community Connections include integrated opportunities with local neighborhood resources.  All activities are age-appropriate by which the individuals will be supported by CCBS staff in services which support their special needs and services  This may include accessing recreational centers, bowling, dances, art & crafts and volunteering, etc. The Goals of Supported Community Connections are to support the customer to develop friendships , acquire new interests and foster independence.
Enhanced Homemaker Services
Enhanced Homemaker Services include Meal Preparation and Facilitating Home Safety Skills. CCBS staff supports the customer in addressing kitchen safety, nutrition, meal planning and  maintaining a balanced diet.
Respite Services
Respite Services is intended to allow family members an opportunity to address their personal affairs or simply have time alone.  CCBS staff will engage the individual in various activities of their choosing. CCBS staff will support the individual to maintain a normalized schedule that will be developed and determined by the individual's family and CCBS counselors.
Mobility Training Services
Mobility Training Services includes using the RTD, Light Rail and Access-A-Ride.  CCBS counselors will instruct the individual in identifying Community Resources start/end times, RTD routes, Transfers, Safety and Appropriate Social Skills.
Personal Care  Services
​Personal Care services include  Grocery Shopping, Menu Planning and Nutrition Guidance, Budgeting/Money Management, Scheduling and Attending Medical Appointments and Developing and Organizing Home Chore Skills.
Employment/Job Coaching
​Employment services include supporting the customer in Community Integrated Work. CCBS staff assists the customer to maintain their job and provide a trained staff person (job coach) to address ongoing employment issues. CCBS staff can support the customer in conflict resolution, work scheduling, Social Security Administration benefits and Mobility Training.
